DeVore and Associates was established in the 1980s in Orange County California as a solely owned full service real estate agency serving the Southern California area. The owner/broker was and still is Lee DeVore. The business operated continually until July of 1995 when the DeVore family moved to Twin Falls, Idaho.

Lee has retained a Real Estate Broker’s license in California, but is now operating DeVore and Associates, a limited liability company here in Twin Falls Idaho. Lee is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Idaho and the State of California and has been licensed for over 30 years. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Idaho Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Greater Twin Falls Association of Realtors and the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service. Lee’s wife Barbara is a full time office manager.

DeVore and Associates is a small agency by choice, which allows us to offer very hands on, personalized customer service and average between 10 and 30 listings at any one time.
